外用抗真菌藥 環(huán)吡酮胺是一種新型廣譜外用抗真菌藥，由聯(lián)邦德國藥廠研制成功，作用機制是通過改變真菌細胞膜的完整性，引起細胞內(nèi)物質(zhì)外流，并阻斷蛋白質(zhì)前體物質(zhì)的攝取，導(dǎo)致真菌細胞死亡，對皮膚癬菌、酵母菌、霉菌等具有較強的抑菌和殺菌作用，滲透性強。在較高濃度還可以對各種放線菌、革蘭陽性和革蘭陰性菌及支原體、衣原體、毛滴蟲、陰道滴蟲和綠膿桿菌等也有一定抑制作用。
與咪唑類抗真菌藥相比，環(huán)吡酮胺對皮膚真菌賴以生存的角質(zhì)層有極強的滲透力，故對角質(zhì)層深部真菌，如甲癬等有顯著的抑菌。
